Robotic hydrodemolition

A robot carries the lance on a programmed path, so the depth and the removal rate stay the same across the whole area instead of drifting with operator fatigue. It covers ground a hand lance cannot and it keeps the operator away from the jet and out of the spray.

It suits deck slabs, wharf soffits, spillway faces and any area large enough that consistency matters more than reach. Tight work, penetrations and edges still go to hand lance, and most jobs run both.

Selective removal runs at 15,000 to 20,000 psi, which takes out deteriorated concrete and leaves sound concrete standing.
